Seow Khee Leng (Chinese: 萧麒麟; pinyin: Xiāo Qílín; born 1940) also known as Charlie Seow, is an opposition politician and businessman from Singapore. He was the former Assistant Secretary-General of the Workers' Party (WP) from 1971 to 1972, and the founder of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
