Shahmirza Moradi (also spelled Shamirza Moradi; December 14, 1924 – December 14, 1997) was an Iranian Luri musician especially versed in playing Sorna. He became well known for his unique technique of playing, prolonged and powerful breath (rare with this instrument), and also for his creativity in playing Sorna.
