Simon Edward Rusk (born 17 December 1981) is a professional football manager and former professional footballer who is currently head coach of Brighton & Hove Albion U23s. He holds the highest possible coaching license - the UEFA pro license - and has been responsible for the progression of many young talents to the Brighton first-team, including Aaron Connolly, Steven Alzate, Solly March and Ben White.
