Sin Boon Ann (simplified Chinese: 陈文安; traditional Chinese: 陳文安; pinyin: Chén Wén'ān; born 19 March 1958) is a Singaporean former politician. He was the Member of Parliament for Tampines GRC from 1997 to 2011, where he was replaced by then Minister of Education Heng Swee Keat.
