Sisir Adhikari (born 19 September 1941) is former Union Minister of State for Rural Development in the Manmohan Singh government. He was elected to the 15th and 16th Lok Sabha from Kanthi with Trinamool Congress ticket. He is present Member of Parliament of 17th Lok Sabha He was the Member of Legislative Assembly from Kanthi Dakshin and Egra Assembly Constituency. He was the Chairman of Contai Municipality for more than 25 yrs.
