Stephen Albert McMillan (July 6, 1941 – April 28, 2022) was an American politician. He was a member of the Alabama House of Representatives from the 95th District (lower Baldwin County), serving since 1980. He was a member of the Republican Party. He was first elected to succeed his twin brother, John McMillan. In time of his death, he was the longest-serving member of the Alabama House of Representatives.
