Stuart Flynn (born 23 March 1976) stagename Dear Britch is a vocalist, songwriter and actor from Brighton, United Kingdom. Flynn studied at the Central School of Speech and Drama prior to embarking on his musical career, interrupted only by a brief stint in biomedical research . Flynn is presently a performer in the rock and modern jazz vocal genres, principally working with a varied cast of musicians that form The Dirty Cakes, the band he leads as frontman vocalist and writer. His most notable regular collaborators are brothers Alex White and Thomas White, of the bands Electric Soft Parade and Brakes; and also Jared Louche, of the experimental rock band Chemlab. Andy Huxley and Evan Reinhold also frequently appeared alongside him, both members of the Vile Imbeciles (a jazz/rock hybrid ensemble that spun off from the psychobilly bands The Eighties Matchbox B-Line Disaster and Neils Children). Flynn's greatest international media coverage was a major appearance on the BBC Three reality television series Singing with the Enemy (first airing October 2007; produced by Endemol Entertainment).
