Dr. Sunil Pradhan (born 25 June 1957) is an Indian neurologist, medical researcher and writer, known for the invention of two electrophysiological techniques. and his contributions in describing five medical signs, one in Duchenne, known as Pradhan Sign, while the others related to facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD) and similar neuro diseases. He was honoured by the Government of India, in 2014, by bestowing on him the Padma Shri, the fourth highest civilian award, for his contributions to the field of neuroscience.
