Teo Ser Luck (simplified Chinese: 张思乐; traditional Chinese: 張思樂; pinyin: Zhāng Sīlè; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Tiuⁿ Su-lo̍k; born 8 June 1968) is a former Singaporean politician. A member of the country's governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has served as a Minister of State at both the Ministry of Trade and Industry and Ministry for Manpower and also as the Mayor of the North East District of Singapore. He was a Member of Parliament (MP) representing the Pasir Ris–Punggol Group Representation Constituency from 2006 to 2020.
