Terry A. Osborn, Ph.D., (born November 30, 1966) is an American academic. He is currently Dean of the College of Education and Professor at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee. Osborn researches and publishes in the areas of foreign language education, interdisciplinary education, and critical pedagogy. He is president of the International Society for Language Studies and founding co-editor of Critical Inquiry in Language Studies: An International Journal.
