Tetsuma Esaki (born, September 17, 1943) is a Japanese politician of the Liberal Democratic Party (LDP), formerly a member of the House of Representatives in the Diet (national legislature). He was appointed to be the Minister of State for Okinawa and Northern Territories Affairs [ja] by Shinzō Abe August 3, 2017. A native of Ichinomiya, Aichi and graduate of Rikkyo University, he was elected for the first time in 1993 as a member of the now-defunct Japan Renewal Party. He later joined the LDP. He was defeated in the 2009 by DPJ candidate Kazumi Sugimoto.
