Elias Thamir Yousif (Arabic: تامر يوسف‎) (born 1 July 1953) was an Iraqi-Chaldean football player. A long time Al Zawra member, Thamir led the Iraq Super League in goals in three different occasions (1975, 1976, 1982) and was 2nd in the league in two different occasions. His domestic club career lasted from 1969 to 1987. He led his team, Al Zawraa, to three national titles (1976, 1977, 1979). He was part of the dangerous offensive trio of Al Zawra during the 1970s that included Ali Kadhim and the Falah Hassan.
