Theodore William Kassinger (born January 26, 1953) was the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of Commerce from 2004 to 2005 and General Counsel to the U.S. Department of Commerce from 2001 to 2004 during the administration of George W. Bush. He is a native of Atlanta, Georgia.
