Thomas J. Falk became the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Kimberly-Clark Corporation in 2003. Before his promotion, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer in 2002 and as the President and Chief Operating Officer since 1999. Prior to these positions, he served as Group President - Global Tissue, Pulp and Paper in 1998. Mr. Falk began his career at Kimberly-Clark in 1983. In addition to his executive duties, he currently serves on the board of directors of Catalyst Inc., the University of Wisconsin Foundation and Centex Corporation. He is also a governor of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
