Þorsteinn Hallgrímsson (born 25 July 1942) is an Icelandic former basketball player. Nicknamed Doddi, he won the Icelandic championship nine times and the Danish championship four times during his career. At his peak, he was considered to be one of the Nordic countries best basketball player.
