Tulio Halperín Donghi (27 October 1926 – 14 November 2014) was an Argentine historian. He obtained a Ph.D in history and a law degree at the University of Buenos Aires, then taught at the institution's Faculty of Arts. from 1955-1966. Donghi moved to the National University of the Litoral, where he was named dean. Donghi later taught at the University of Oxford, and became a faculty member of the University of California, Berkeley in 1972.
