Tyrese John Haliburton ( HAL-ih-bur-tən; born February 29, 2000) is an American professional basketball player for the Indiana Pacers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the Iowa State Cyclones and was drafted by the Sacramento Kings in the 2020 NBA draft. Listed at 6 feet 5 inches (1.96 m) and 185 pounds (84 kg), he plays the point guard and shooting guard positions. In 2022, Haliburton was acquired by the Indiana Pacers as part of a trade package for Domantas Sabonis. In 2023, he was named to his first All-Star Game as an East reserve.
