Vidal Manuel Treviño (June 10, 1929 – December 30, 2006) was a longtime educator and a Democratic political powerhouse in Laredo, Texas, who served as the Laredo Independent School District (LISD) superintendent between 1973 and 1995. He also served a term in the Texas House of Representatives from then District 80 from 1961-1963.
