Vladimir Pavlovich Muravyov (Russian: Владимир Павлович Муравьёв) (born September 30, 1959 in Karaganda, Kazakh SSR) is a former Soviet track and field athlete who competed in the sprints. He was the winner of two gold medals in 4×100 m relay at the Olympic Games. He was also three times Soviet champion outdoors, and two times indoor champion.
