Wang Qiang (simplified Chinese: 王强; traditional Chinese: 王強; pinyin: Wáng Qiáng) (16 January 1975 - 17 November 2005) was a serial killer from Budayuan Town, Kuandian Manchu Autonomous County, Liaoning, China and one of the most notorious murderers and rapists in Chinese history.
