Sir Dato’ I.W. Blelloch M.C.S., D.K.B. (Perak), C.M.G. (1955) (born 1901, date of death unknown) was educated at Dunfermline High School, Dunfermline and Edinburgh University. He was the cadet at F.M.S. (1926), District officer of Krian (Class III), District Officer of Raub (1932) (Class IV), Acting British Adviser for Terengganu and the last posting British Adviser for Perak (1951–1956). His monthly salary as the Adviser for Perak was $1500. Sir Blelloch also posted as the Acting British High Commissioner in Brunei, to replace Sir Dennis Charles White.
