William Armstrong (December 23, 1782 – May 10, 1865) was an American lawyer, civil servant, politician, and businessperson. Armstrong represented Hampshire County in the Virginia House of Delegates from 1818 to 1820; and represented Virginia's 16th congressional district in the United States House of Representatives from 1825 to 1833.
