William Lyman Smith (February 12, 1878 – ?) was a teacher and businessman from Neillsville, Wisconsin who served one term as a Republican member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, in 1917, and two terms as a member of the Wisconsin State Senate, 1921-1927.
