William Charles Edmund Newbolt (14 August 1844 – 12 September 1930) was a British Anglican priest and theologian. He was a prominent Tractarian and headed Ely Theological College in Ely, Cambridgeshire between 1887 and 1890, when he became a canon of St Paul's Cathedral.
