Zev Sufott (27 October 1927 – 18 April 2014) was an Israeli diplomat who served as Israel's first Ambassador to China, beginning in 1992. Born and raised in the United Kingdom, he was also a former Israeli Ambassador to the Netherlands and the Deputy Director for Europe within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
