Zora Mintalová Zubercová (born June 7, 1950 in Martin, Czechoslovakia) is a Slovak ethnographer, historian, museologist and popular science author, best known for her study of Food history and Material culture of Central Europe and the History of the Slovak Red Crosss. Her work has earned her the Giuseppe Pitrè-Salvatore Salomone Marino Prize as well as the National Medal of Science of the Slovak Republic.
