Mohamad Maliki bin Osman (Jawi: محمد مالكي بن عثمان; born 19 July 1965) is a Singaporean politician. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been Minister in the Prime Minister's Office, Second Minister for Education and Second Minister for Foreign Affairs since his promotions on 27 July 2020. In addition, he was the Senior Minister of State in both the Ministry of Defence and Ministry for Foreign Affairs from 1 October 2015 to 26 July 2020, Minister of State in the Ministry for National Development from 1 May 2014 to 30 September 2015, Ministry for Defence from 1 October 2013 to 30 September 2015 ans Mayor of South East District from 21 May 2011 to 26 July 2020.
