Simon Knox (born 14 October 1972) is an English (of Scottish heritage) former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1990s and 2000s, and also coached. He played at representative level for Scotland, and at club level for Hensingham ARLFC (in Hensingham, Whitehaven), Carlisle, Bradford Northern (Heritage №), Salford Reds, Workington Town, Halifax (Heritage № 1125), Widnes Vikings (Heritage №), Leigh Centurions (Heritage № 1194) (two spells), Swinton Lions and the Barrow Raiders, as a prop or second-row, and coached at club level for the Blackpool Panthers and the Leigh Centurions (Under-21s).
