Vicente "Tito" Castelo Sotto III (born August 24, 1948) is a Filipino politician and television personality who has served as a senator of the Philippines since 2025. Having also served in the role from 1992 to 2004 and from 2010 to 2022, Sotto is the longest-serving Philippine senator in history, being the only one elected for five non-consecutive terms.
